Our policy for most real estate photos is to have a quick turnaround since most agents and sellers are antsy to get their house on the market. We provide quality photos to present the best possible foot forward for any listings, but especially with home builders, they want to show off the features that make their homes stand out.
Videos have been a great tool to give some spatial reference to what photos provide and show exactly what a home will feel like when walking through it.
Virtual tours are perfect for long distance buyers or for buyers who don’t have the time to view homes during regular viewing hours. They also provide an option for customers who want to use a virtual tour to go back through after having seen a property in person.
Having one visual of a home is great, but when combining all three visuals give your properties the boost needed to sell quickly and even for more than other listings that use none or just one of these visual references.
